Extension & internal reconfiguration

MFA was approached by a private client looking to maximise the practical and aesthetic potential of their house with as little intervention as possible.  The existing house had lost the use of a bedroom due to a previous conservatory extension.  The proposals involved adding a small side extension and reconfiguring the layout of the house to gain back the lost bedroom and relocate the kitchen to provide a larger open plan modern kitchen with connections to the garden via the conservatory.  A small utility room and porch then provided private rear access.
