Increase in Planning Application Fees from 1 June 2017

Following an independent review and industry wide consultation, the Scottish Government’s Minister for Local Government and Housing has revealed new planning application fees which come into force across Scotland as of 1st June 2017.  This will see maximum planning application fees increase from £20,050 to £125,000.  Maximum fees for applications for planning permission in principle will also increase from £10,028 to £62,500.  For more information on the changes to application fees, please contact us on 01334 654 936 or admin@montgomery-forgan.co.uk
