Equine veterinary practice

Acting on behalf of Loch Leven Equine Practice Ltd, MFA was tasked with designing a new purpose built veterinary clinic and securing planning permission for the development.  

The practice had operated a successful equine veterinary practice nearby at South Kilduff Farm for a number of years however as the business had grown and developed, there was a pressing need for new bespoke premises for the continuing development of the practice as their existing premises were inadequate.  

MFA prepared and submitted a detailed planning justification for the development along with a business plan, the requisite drawings and supporting information.  MFA successfully secured planning permission for the development as well as obtaining planning permission in principle for 2 houses plots which made a significant contribution to the funding of the relocation of the practice.
