Alterations & refurbishment

Working in collaboration with a private client, MFA obtained the necessary planning and building warrant approvals for the complete internal refurbishment and remodelling of this traditional Victorian house.  Externally, the roof was overhauled and clad with reclaimed natural slate whilst the new timber sash windows were installed.  In addition, a new full length frameless structural glazing unit was installed within the remodelled kitchen to connect the internal space seamlessly with the private enclosed mature gardens.
