Extension to caravan park

MFA has a long standing relationship with Clayton Caravan Park which is one of the largest privately owned parks in the country.  Over the years, we have successfully secured planning permission for various developments at the park including 56 static caravan pitches in 2013 and a major extension comprising of 171 static caravan pitches in late 2016.  More recently, MFA obtained planning permission for a riverfront development comprising of 14 luxury lodges and 25 holiday caravans and represents the next logical step to further develop the park.
