Suburban dwelling

MFA was appointed by a private client to design and obtain both planning permission and building warrant for a large 4 bedroom 2 storey modern family home within an established residential area of South Queensferry.  

The dwelling was centrally positioned within the plot to safeguard the existing amenity levels of neighbouring properties and their respective gardens.  The scale, massing and external finishes of the dwelling reflect the established character and appearance of the residential area and enhanced the wider streetscape.
