Increase in Maximum Caravan Dimensions

The Scottish Government has now finally approved legislation to increase the maximum caravan dimensions so that they align with what is currently permissible in England and Wales.  Essentially the new maximum dimensions are as follows:

• 65.616 feet long (20 metres) (exclusive of drawbar);
• 22.309 feet wide (6.8 metres);
• 10.006 feet internally (3.05 metres).
