Planning Approvals at North East Planning Committee

It has been an extremely busy yet very successful week here at MFA.  It was 3 out of 3 at this week’s North East Planning Committee with planning permission secured for a residential development of 40 bespoke bungalows (including 8 affordable dwellings) on the edge of Dairsie for Campion Homes.  We also obtained consent for a mixed use development at Drumoig which includes the erection of 36 detached dwellings set within large spacious gardens.
