We are seeking to add an experienced administration assistant to our team on an initial temporary basis. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of day to day general admin duties including:
- Answering telephone calls
- Typing - letters, reports, spreadsheets etc
- Submitting planning & building warrant applications
- Scanning & photocopying documents
- Filing & archiving
- Assisting & supporting the Practice Manager
This is a part time post (15 hours per week) for an initial 6 month period. The ideal candidate will have a friendly & professional approach to work, have excellent organisational & customer service skills. Salary will be dependant upon experience.
